Shipping Policy

All orders in Lagos are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Interstate deliveries take up to 3-5 working days.

 

In-Store Pickup

After placing your order and selecting Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within [1-2 Days] business days. We will send you an email with instructions when your order is ready.

 

Our in-store pickup hours are [9 AM - 5 PM] on [Mondays - Saturdays]. Please have your order confirmation email message with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping as well.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, or a confirmation of the shipping fee will be sent to you after you request to place the order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [MICKKYSTORE] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an order number you can use to check its status. By heading over to “find my order” at the footer of our site, or if you have created an account you can check your user account, under orders to see the status of your order per time.

 

If you haven’t received your order within [3] days of receiving your shipping confirmation email/Whatsapp message, please contact us at [+234 904 814 2949 OR Samuel@mickkystore.com] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

COMPANY REFUND POLICY

 

No refund for purchased goods


At Mickkystore, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and we always strive to provide quality products and services to all our customers. However, we have established a clear refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency in all our transactions as follows;


No Refund for Purchased Goods:


Once goods are purchased and paid for, refunds will not be issued for the purchased product(s). refunds will not also be made for gadgets that have been repaired.


Circumstance for Refund:
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances;


• If the product delivered is defective, or damaged, the customer is to report within the period of receiving the product to request a refund.


• If the product received does not match the description of the product requested for at
purchase.


• If the initial agreed amount does not align with the current price of the requested product.


• If the product brought for repair was not repaired upon collection.

Refund Eligibility:


Refunds will only be considered within 7 working days from the date of agreement for such refund.

Refund Procedure:
Customers seeking a refund must adhere to the following procedures;


• Contact our customer online sales representatives within a day of receiving the product, or learning of the price change.


• Provide proof of order/ purchase to confirm that the products received do not tally with the products ordered for, or purchased.


• Clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide any other supporting documents where necessary.


• Allow sufficient time as stipulated above, for our team to review the request and process the refund accordingly.


Exceptions to Refund:


Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances;


• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after payment


• Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling of purchased product

• Products that have been altered or modified in any way by the customer

 

Method of Refund:
Refunds will be initiated via bank transfers only, to keep a trail of payment for future references.


Discretionary Refunds:
In certain cases, as the circumstances warrant, Mickky Store management reserves the right to grant discretionary refunds beyond the specified policy. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, and are subject only to managerial approval.


Policy Review:
This refund policy is subject to periodic reviews and may be amended, or updated as necessary in the future. However, any changes to the policy will be duly communicated to our customers through our official channels.

Repair Policy

 

For repairs, we offer a 14-day repair guarantee. Suppose you bring in a device for repair and fail to collect it within two weeks of being notified that the repair is complete. In that case, the device will be considered abandoned, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage thereafter.

However, if the delay in collecting the device is due to a fault on our end, we will take responsibility for any loss or damage.

Please note that this policy applies only to repairs not collected within the specified timeframe and does not affect our standard warranty or return policies.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
